Payment Information
Deposits: 50% required for booking

Payment Policies: We require 50% of the rental when booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.


Cancellations: Full refund, less $100 administrative fee, will be made if we are able to re-rent the house.


Arrival/Departure: Fly into Marsh Harbour via Orlando, W. Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, Nassau or charter. Taxi at the Marsh Harbour airport takes you to Albury's ferry dock. Then, a scenic ferryboat ride brings you to Hope Town's "Post Office" dock where you will be met and taken to your cottage. Checkin time is 3:00; Checkout time is 10:00am.
