Named after the fragrant and exotic tree, Frangipani Cottage is a two bedroom, two bath cottage located on the Sea of Abaco, with a shared dock only footsteps away for your rental boat. The interior is Cypress wood tongue and groove with vaulted ceilings, central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. The double French doors open onto a screened front porch and fill the cottage with sea breezes and magnificent sunsets. The living room is decorated in tropical prints and rattan to enhance the island atmosphere. The entertainment center includes a radio, cassette, CD player and a TV / VCR is provided for viewing videotapes, but no TV reception. The kitchen is fully equipped full size refrig, stove with oven, microwave oven, blender, toaster and coffee maker. A VHF radio is available for communication with island residents. Frangipani Cottage has two bedrooms and each features a custom-built queen size bed and private bath with shower. All linens are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
It is a 15-minute walk to the settlement and a 5-minute walk to one of the best beaches in the Abaco’s. We do recommend a golf cart rental to help you get around and explore the Cay. With a dock at the property’s edge boat rentals are another option.
Ideal for a romantic getaway or two couples. Sorry, no children under 6. This is a Smoke free home.
