Information |
Deposits: 3 night deposit at time of booking (50% holiday)
Payment Policies: We accept all major credit cards or personal checks. 3 night deposit at time of booking balance due 30 days prior to arriva (60 days for holiday travel)
Cancellations: Written notice of cancellation of a reservation is required. For cancellations made more than thirty days prior to arrival a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within thirty days of your arrival, the 3 night deposit will be retained and any balance refunded.
Arrival/Departure: We accepta arrivals and departures any day of the week. Whatever works best for you. We just require a 3 night stay. (7 over the holiday)
Tax: 20% tax and surcharge
