Payment Policies: Reservations confirmed on receipt of three-nights deposit. Deposits due 21 days from date of booking. Reservations are canceled without notice after deposit deadline.


Cancellations: Winter - 6 weeks prior to arrival date. Summer - 3 weeks prior to arrival date


Arrival/Departure: Check-in is at 3:00. Checkout is at noon. We are a nonsmoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and buildings.
