Payment Policies: Reservation and Payment Policy: A reservation will be accepted upon the receipt of a valid credit card number or a check equal to three (3) night’s rental. (50% deposit of total amount due is required at time of a Christmas/New Year’s booking.) Full payment must be received 30 days prior to your arrival (60 days for Christmas/New Year’s rentals) or will be subject to cancellation. You will receive a letter of receipt to give to our Cayman Manager along with last minute instructions. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due immediately.
Cancellations: Cancellation Policy: Written notice of cancellation of a reservation is required. For cancellations more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival, any amount already paid will be refunded less a $50.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations within thirty (30) days of your arrival, the deposit amount will be retained and any balance will be refunded.
