This affordable family beach rental sleeps nine and is 1/2 block from the beach where the World Famous U.S. Open Sandcastle Competition is held each year. This is a newly remodeled unit with a garage that has been updated with 1.5 baths and kitchen.
Just walk one block and enjoy the neighborhood beachfront park. There you have access to a basketball court, childrens playground and the beach. You will find a variety of games, reading material, and a CD player. Cable TV is provided, but Blockbuster Video is only minutes away if you wish to rent a video.

Information |
Deposits: 30% of the rental fee, plus $25 reservation fee.
Payment Policies: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Cashiers/Registered Check, Personal/Business Check, Money Order.
Cancellations: Cancellation Fee. There is a $75.00 cancellation fee for any reservation canceled. Paid reservations canceled within 60 days of arrival are charged the full rental rate. The TOT tax, and the security deposit (less the $75.00 cancellation fee) is refunded. We will make every effort to re-book the property. If we re-book the property and the owner has not lost revenue we will refund the full rental rate. In any event the $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged against the deposit.
Arrival/Departure: Check in 3 P.M. Check out 10:00 A.M. This gives our cleaning personnel 5 hours to prepare for the next guest. We need that much time.
Tax: 10% of the rental fee.
