Payment Policies: The rent and tax is due 30-60 days prior to arrival.


Cancellations: More than 60 days prior to arrival $100.00 60-30 Days prior to arrival $200 Full payment is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival and we are unable to re-rent the unit at full price.


Arrival/Departure: During June 1st- Sept 3rd, We rent Saturday to Saturday only.
