Information |
Deposits: $300 to $500 security deposit
Payment Policies: Deposits & Cleaning
The damage/reservation deposit is due with the reservation. Rent and cleaning fee are due 60 days prior to occupancy for July, August, and holiday time periods. For all other time periods, rent and cleaning fee is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
Cancellations: July/August/Holiday Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made outside of 60 days, a full refund of the security deposit and or rent will be made. Cancellations made with less than 60 days notice and should a rebooking not occur, the rent is forfeited. The tax and cleaning fee will be refunded on all cancellations.

Arrival/Departure: Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the home beautiful for our incoming guests.
