Deposits: Summer - 2 night's rent per week booked
Payment Policies: Summer - 2 nights rent due within 10 days of booking Winter - $500 per week booked due within ten days of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations: Summer - If cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee. If cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to arrival, refund will result only if all accommodations of similar size are sold out. The $25 cancellation fee still applies. Winter - If cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, refund will result only if all condos of similar size are sold out. The $50 cancellation fee still applies.
