The Stitt Residence is a deluxe seven-bedroom/six bath large home located on the Aspen Municipal Golf Course, only two minutes from town. This home is truly unique and is perfect for family reunions or larger private parties. The top floor offers extensive windows that provide abundant Aspen sun and views to the classically furnished home. There is a more formal living area with a wood-burning fireplace and piano, as well as formal dining for eight and a contemporary kitchen. Off of the dining room is the private back-deck with a ten-person hot tub and small trails up the private hill in the back for viewing the Roaring Fork Valley from Independence Pass to Mt. Sopris. This floor holds two private sitting rooms and four bedrooms, all with king beds that can be split into twins, and three full, contemporary bathrooms. Some bathrooms have steam showers and some have Jacuzzi jetted tubs offering relaxation to your sore muscles. There is a laundry room on this floor. The second floor offers a more informal living area, informal dining for eight, another full kitchen, more laundry facilities and three bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms offer king beds that can be split into twins, and one of these bedrooms has a queen bed. The bedroom with the queen is designed to be more self-contained with a private entrance, bath, small refrigerator and microwave. All of the bedrooms have private televisions and VCRs, and there are four sofa beds located throughout the home. This home also offers a heated garage and is protected by key code entry. The free skier shuttle is located 30 feet from the front door, and cross-country skiers can ski onto the Golf Course without impediment. This home is truly beautiful, comfortable, and classy and can accommodate 15-20 people comfortably. |

Deposits: 50% due within 10 days of making the reservation
Payment Policies: Balance due 45 days from the arrival date
Cancellations: CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your reservation MORE than forty-five (45) days prior to your expected arrival date, 90% of your advance payment will be refunded. If you cancel WITHIN forty-five (45) days and we are able to re-rent the unit for the entire time of your original reservation, 90% of your advance payment will be refunded. The total amount of your advance payment will be retained if you cancel WITHIN (45) days and we are unable to re-rent the unit. A determination as to whether a canceled unit was re-rented will be made only after your original departure date, and only by our general manager, whose decision is final and binding. Refunds will generally be made within thirty (30) days after your intended departure.
Arrival/Departure: CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 4:00p.m. and checkout is 10:00a.m. Please do not ask us to make exceptions since these times allow our housekeeping staff to professionally clean your unit. We would be disappointed, as certainly would you if your vacation started in a less than clean unit. Please come by our office in Building 421, Suite G at the Airport Business Center (directly across Highway 82 from the Airport terminal) to pick up your keys and maps. Our office hours during the ski season are 8:00a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Mon. through Sat. and 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. on Sunday. For parties arriving after office hours, please check the office door for an arrival packet. Please note that if you schedule your arrival before our check-in time or your departure after our checkout time, you will need to make arrangements to pre-check or store your luggage. We do not have facilities to store your luggage.
