With its large deck, private 7-8 person hot tub, two-way wood fireplace and sound proof media room with a seven-foot movie screen, this home offers plenty of après ski entertainment and relaxation. The gourmet kitchen includes all of the comforts of home and the formal dining area accommodates eight guests. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a private, European style bath. Also on the main level is a second bedroom with a queen bed served by the hall bath, and a small room with a twin bed and skylight. Down the spiral staircase, the second floor contains another bedroom with a queen bed, an alcove with a twin bed, a large bath, and the media room. Private parking in the driveway is available, and for easy access to all four of the ski mountains for those who cannot not or do not want to drive, it is an easy five minute walk down the street to pick up the skier shuttle. This home offers a complete security system with 24-hour monitoring, and is ideal for small groups or larger families.

Payment Information
Deposits: 50% due within 10 days of the reservation

Payment Policies: Full balance due 45 days out from the arrival date.


Cancellations: CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your reservation MORE than forty-five (45) days prior to your expected arrival date, 90% of your advance payment will be refunded. If you cancel WITHIN forty-five (45) days and we are able to re-rent the unit for the entire time of your original reservation, 90% of your advance payment will be refunded. The total amount of your advance payment will be retained if you cancel WITHIN (45) days and we are unable to re-rent the unit. A determination as to whether a canceled unit was re-rented will be made only after your original departure date, and only by our general manager, whose decision is final and binding. Refunds will generally be made within thirty (30) days after your intended departure.


Arrival/Departure: CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 4:00p.m. and checkout is 10:00a.m. Please do not ask us to make exceptions since these times allow our housekeeping staff to professionally clean your unit. We would be disappointed, as certainly would you if your vacation started in a less than clean unit. Please come by our office in Building 421, Suite G at the Airport Business Center (directly across Highway 82 from the Airport terminal) to pick up your keys and maps. Our office hours during the ski season are 8:00a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Mon. through Sat. and 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. on Sunday. For parties arriving after office hours, please check the office door for an arrival packet. Please note that if you schedule your arrival before our check-in time or your departure after our checkout time, you will need to make arrangements to pre-check or store your luggage. We do not have facilities to store your luggage.
