Deposits: Credit card deposit of $50 (Summer)/$100 (Winter)
Payment Policies: Summer: 1-night deposit 10 days from reservation date. Balance due 48 hours prior to arrival. Winter: 2-night deposit 10 days from reservation date. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations: Summer: If more than 48 hours prior to arrival, full refund less $50 deposit. If less than 48 hours prior to arrival, non-refundable unless re-booked. Refund for amount rebooked less $50 deposit. Winter: If more than 45 days prior to arrival, full refund less $100 deposit. If less than 45 days prior to arrival, non-refundable unless re-booked.
