Deposits: Half of total when booking, bal 30 days prior.
Payment Policies: We accept VISA, MC & DISC. Half of total at time of booking, balance 30 days prior to arrival. Can pay by ck if more than 30 days in advance & guaranteeing w/ credit card.
Cancellations: $60 if more than 60 days in advance, first 1/2 lost if 60-30 days, 30 days or less non-refundable. Reservation is transferrable to another guest for same dates.
Arrival/Departure: Check in at 4PM or later, check out by 10 AM. Late arrivals after 6PM on ck-in are easily arranged.
Tax: added when reservation is made.
