Payment Policies: At time of reservation you will pay 25% of the stay. You have ten days to cancel without penalty. After ten days you will forfeit 20% of your deposit for cancellation or changes of your reservation. 30 days prior to your arrival your final balance is due at which time all monies are non refundable.
