Deposits: Reservations are confirmed with the guests credit card. Cancellations or changes may be made up to 7 days prior to the arrival date. A one night charge plus tax will be assessed for cancellations with less than 7 days notice.
THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES AFTER ARRIVAL.
Payment Policies: Rates are based on 4 occupants. Additional persons cost $15 nightly. Holiday periods and weekends will be subject to minimum stays and rates. All accommodations are charged 10.5% Florida Sales Tax. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and Diners Club Cards. Cash, Travelers,and Cashiers checks. Sorry NO personal or business checks will be accepted on the day of arrival.
