From plunging in three pools and racing on wave runners, to marina-side boating and sun-filled lounging, the resort destination is designed to please kids of all ages. The Hungry Pelican serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a casual setting overlooking the calm waters of Estero Bay. Guests can choose among fresh-from-the-docks seafood, home-cooked favorites or the chef’s daily specialty. Guests can make a splash all year long in the resort’s three heated swimming pools, or entertain the little sea-squirts in the children’s wading pool. Complimentary tennis courts and shuffleboard are available on the grounds of the resort, while the beach plays host to a number of additional activities. Beach volleyball, wave runners, windsurfers and sailboats treat visitors to full days of fun in the sun. For relaxing by the brilliant Gulf waters, lounges, umbrellas and cabanas are located beachside. Bicycle rentals are also on hand for a pedal around the island. |
