| Recreation at South Seas Resort is extensive and unique, spanning land, sea and air. Explore the islands on a bike. Rent a cabana and beach chairs, and have a family picnic on some of the most pristine beachfront in the world. Sail the gulf. Paddle a kayak into a mangrove forest in search of sea turtles and hawks. Rent a powerboat for the afternoon and fish our prolific waters. Take a waverunner excursion to one of the neighboring islands. Capture the true bird's eye view, hanging from a parasail. The possibilities are virtually endless. Your biking and jogging needs are covered, with a full selection of bikes, baby seats, trailers, and strollers. For beach fun, we rent body boards, inner tubes, banana boats, floating mats and cabanas. Fishing equipment and bait is available at the T-Dock. Our small craft rentals include Hobies, Prindles, kayaks, canoes, sun kats, and sunfish sailors. At the Bayside Marina, you'll find a full selection of power boats, ranging from 16 to 23 feet. Parasailing excursions run throughout the day, and water ski experts are on hand to provide one-on-one instruction. For the waverunner "connoisseur," we offer a full selection of rentals for one to three people, as well as waverunner tours to the surrounding waterways. |

| Amenities: Located at the north end of the resort, overlooking Pine Island Sound or the Yacht Harbour, the Harbourside buildings are two stories high with elevators. They are close to Cap'n Al's restaurant, the King's Crown restaurant, the fitness center, game room and ice cream parlor. A coin-operated laundry, gas grills and tables are nearby at the Ship's Store. Guests use the two main Plantation pools, which have a pool bar and Jacuzzi. It is a five-minute walk to the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Two-bedroom villas have 2 1/2 baths, a living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer. The bedrooms are located on the first level, with the living areas on the second level. The master bedroom has a king bed and its bathroom has a Roman tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There are two sleeper sofas in the living room. Maximum occupancy of the villa is 6 persons. A whirlpool spa is located outside the villas, under a gazebo. The villas share a pool, tennis courts and gas grills with the adjacent Plantation Beach Club. |
