Renovated and redecorated in 2002, Our House retains the intimate scale and gentle spirit that accompany a personal style of hospitality. Our House is just right for a weekend getaway, a romantic retreat or a home away from home during your visit to the nation’s oldest city. For your convenience, we have free on-site parking and wireless Internet access.
Each of our three delightful guestrooms has private bath and veranda. Enjoy a full breakfast in our sunny garden-overlook dining room and evening refreshments on the garden terrace.
We’re located just three blocks north of the Visitors Center in the heart of the San Marco antiques district, a short walk from the Castillo de San Marcos, the old city gates and all of the Ancient City’s historic sites, shops and restaurants. Atlantic Ocean beaches, golf courses and outlet malls are only 10 minutes away by car.

| Amenities: Room rates include coffee service delivered outside your guestroom door at 8 a.m., and a three-course full breakfast served at 9 a.m. in the dining room. Late afternoon refreshments are served on weekends. Complimentary bottled spring water is always available. Two-night minimum stay is requested on weekends; special rates apply for exceptions to the two-night minimum. Our House offers a 10% discount for stays of three or more nights. Further reduced rate plans are available for stays longer than a week. Rates are subject to change without notice; call for current rate details.
All rooms are double occupancy maximum. We do not accommodate more than two guests per room; parties of three or four persons are invited to book a second guestroom when available. Our House is not suitable for children under age 14. |

Information |
Deposits: Reservations are guaranteed with a cash or credit card deposit equal to the cost of the first night’s stay. Deposit, minus $25 cancellation fee, is refundable if cancellation is made no less than seven days prior to scheduled arrival date.
Cancellation six or fewer days before scheduled arrival date forfeits deposit, unless the guestroom can be rebooked. A 14-day cancellation policy applies for holidays and special events.
Arrival/Departure: Check-in time is 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Please give advance notice if your arrival time will be later than 7 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m.
