The Motel features 16 charming units, including a Caribbean style award-winning waterfront Restaurant, complete with a Raw Bar and the Everglades Dining Patio with 3 LIVE alligators, a world-famous Lounge, and a full service, floating concrete slip Marina. We also offer jet ski rentals and sport fishing charters. Breakfast is served on Saturday & Sunday only at the Restaurant.

Deposits: Cancellation Policy: 7 days prior to check-in date, guest will receive a full refund on their credit card. If guest cancels within the 7 days of check-in date, guest will receive a Motel credit for the entire amount that will be good for one year.

Payment Policies: Full payment is taken at time of reservation. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. NO CHECKS! 9% tax on each room.


Arrival/Departure: Check-In: 3pm Check-Out: 11am Late check-outs will be charged $15 for every hour that guest does not check-out.
