Deposits: Deposits are 50% of rent and tax for the reserved stay. The deposit , less a $20 cancellation fee, will be returned only if cancellation is received 5 days ahead of the scheduled check-in day.
Payment Policies: Balance is due upon arrival. Taxes in nassau county include a 7%state sales tax and a 2% lodging tax.
Arrival/Departure: Check-in anytime after 3pm. Please let us know if and when you will be arriving after 6pm.
