Deposits: $200.00
Payment Policies: In order for your booking to be confirmed a $200.00 deposit must be sent within 10 days of making your reservation which is nonrefundable. If this is not received the reservation will be canceled. Please note the reservation is not guaranteed until this deposit has been received.
Once a reservation is confirmed half the rental amount is due within 14 days of confirmation.
The remaining balance owed on your reservation must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. If you choose to pay by credit card a 5% service fee will be added, or you may sent an international money or wire transfer.
A security deposit of $200.00 for damages can be paid by filling in a credit card authorization form authorizing us to charge your card in the event that damages occur by your party during your stay. If you do not have a credit card then $200.00 must be added to your reservation amount and is refunded 5 working days after departure, providing no damages occurred in the home by your party.
In an event none of the above is not meet in the time frame stated the reservation is subject to cancellation without notice.
Cancellations: In event a booking is canceled and is canceled with 60 days prior to arrival a $200.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from the rental amount and any remaining balance will be refunded within 7 days of cancellation.
If a booking is canceled after the 59 days prior to arrival them half the rental amount will be held for the cancellation fee
If a booking is canceled after the 30 days prior to arrival them the full rentals amount will be held for the cancellation fee
