Payment Information
Deposits: $100 deposit within two weeks of making reservation

Payment Policies: Above prices reflect a 3 bedroom vacation home, 4 to 6 bedroom homes are available. Full payment is due two weeks prior to arrival via check, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. Above rates do not include 12% local sales tax.


Cancellations: $50 processing fee if cancelled within two weeks of arrival. Between days 14 and 7, 50% refund. After 7th day, no refund.


Arrival/Departure: Check-in is 4:00 pm. However, VIP early c-in is available if 24 hour advance notice given. Fee is $30. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m.


Tax: 12% local sales tax.
