Deposits: $500 Performance/Damage Deposit
Payment Policies: Special rates apply to these four holiday weeks: Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
The initial payment serves as your deposit and is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is payable by either Visa or MasterCard. The amount of deposit will be deducted from the final payment, however the card number will still be held to compensate the landlord for any excessive cleaning charges or damages. Some units do require a higher performance/damage deposit. Forfeited deposits will not exceed the total cost of rental.
Credit cards are accepted for deposits ONLY; we do not accept credit cards for rent.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel Insurance is available by CSA Travel Protection Plan for United States and Canadian residents only. It is automatically calculated and added to your contract on the day of reservation. Travel Insurance will offer protection against loss of deposits in case of unforeseen illness, accident, jury duty or adverse weather that stops travel. Questions concerning CSA Travel Protection can be obtained by reviewing the certificate of insurance on their website at www.CSAhurricaneinsurance.com or calling 800 554-9839.
RENTAL PAYMENTS: Final rental payments are due in full, one month prior to occupancy. In the event of cancellation, the entire rental amount owed will be charged to your credit card. Refunds must be obtained from CSA Travel Insurance Plan and are subject to their policies and conditions. To protect against the loss of your rental payment and deposit, travel insurance is strongly recommended.
