Payment Policies: In an event none of the above is not meet in the time frame stated the reservation is subject to cancellation without notice.
Cancellations: In event a booking is canceled and is canceled with 60 days prior to arrival a $200.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from the rental amount and any remaining balance will be refunded within 7 days of cancellation.
If a booking is canceled after the 59 days prior to arrival them half the rental amount will be held for the cancellation fee
If a booking is canceled after the 30 days prior to arrival them the full rentals amount will be held for the cancellation fee
