Payment Information
Deposits: Security deposit of $ 500.00 due upon acceptance of reservation application.

Payment Policies: Balance of contract rate is due 90 days prior to arrival. Tennant will pay any Electric charges over $50.00, Phone charges over basic service of $30.00 and a final cleaning charge of $100.00. Security deposit will be used toward any final charges and balance returned 45-60 from final accounting.


Cancellations: Penalties apply to any cancellation prior to 90 days of check-in


Arrival/Departure: Arrival: 3:00PM or later Eastern Time. Departure: 12:00PM or earlier Eastern Time


Tax: 12% tax on rentals less than 6 months
