Deposits: 25% to confirm

Payment Policies: Remaining balance due on arrival. Rates based on double occupancy. 2 bedroom quad occupancy. Extra guests $7 night. Children 7-12 years of age $4 night. All rates quoted include full kitchen with microwave, color cable TV, local telephone, towel, and linens. No daily maid service. Minimum stay required. Small pets welcome with prior approval, extra $50 charge is applied. Holidays: longer stay required. Daily rates are based on 3 night stays. Shorter stays, when available, may require $25 cleaning fee.


Cancellations: Six weeks written notice required for cancellation if deposit refund required, minus 5% handling charge
