Payment Policies: The deposit is due upon making the reservation. The rent is due two week prior to arrival if paid by personal check. It can be paid on arrival with travelers checks, cashiers check, money order, certified check, or cash. We do not accept credit cards, and we do not take personal checks on arrival.
Cancellations: You must cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your arrival date to get your deposit back.
Arrival/Departure: Check-in time is 3:00 pm Check-out time is 11:00 am. We may arrive any day of the week.
Tax: 11.5%
