The two one bedroom suites are located on the second floor, each accessed from a covered porch overlooking the garden and pool below, providing a cool spot on a hot afternoon. Each suite is decorated with it's own tropical color palette and queen beds. |

Information |
Deposits: see payment terms.
Payment Policies: Bookings made more than 45 days before arrival, require payment of 50% of the rent & taxes within 14 days of booking. The final payment of 50% is due 30 days before arrival. Within 45 days, payment in full is required within 3 days of booking. Acceptable methods of payment include personal checks, Credit Cards, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, and Traveler's Checks in US dollars. No personal checks will be accepted within 30 days of your arrival. We accept VISA, AMEX, or MASTERCARD but require signed authorization to charge.
Cancellations: On cancellations received MORE than 60 days in advance of your scheduled arrival, your prepayment will be refunded less a $200 cancellation fee. On cancellations received WITHIN 60 days of your scheduled arrival, no refund is possible unless we are able to re-rent the property for your original dates.
Arrival/Departure: Check-In Normal check-in is 3 PM until 5 PM. Check-in prior or after these hours must be arranged in advance.
Check-Out Normal check-out is by 10 AM. We schedule a check-out time when you arrive so that we may meet you AT THE PROPERTY for your departure
