Marathon is 45 miles from Key West, 60 miles from Miami and 25 miles from Islamorda which has the famous TiKi Bar on the ocean, a great place for a night out. The public beach is 4 miles from the house.Easy Ocean access. Located on the Gulf Side at Mile Marker 50. Single story, modern family style home, has 2800 sq. ft. and sets on 2 acres in a very quiet, private and relaxed neighborhood. Circle drive with plenty of parking for cars & boat trailers. A large screened in porch, sun deck, lounge chairs and gas BBQ grill. A pull in boat slip, also a dock for fishing/sun bathing or boat parking. 120 ft. to the Gulf access and 10 minutes to the cut to the Ocean. Fishing/Diving boats are available for rent by the day or week. A 30 ft Welcraft can be chartered with a captain. Private air transportation is available from anywhere in Fl for up to five people, reasonable rates. Inquire for additional information. |

A separate dining room off the kitchen with windows all around providing a tranquil view while dining. Satellite TV in each bedroom and a Big Screen Satellite TV in the living room . Large living room with a fireplace. VCR and telephone. Linens, towels, pans, dishes, coffee maker, microwave, washer & dryer and more. Completely furnished with everything needed to make your vacation comfortable and enjoyable. A cook and/or daily maid service can be provided for a reasonable fee. |
| Entertainment: Famous Tiki Bar on the ocean front in Islamorada, swim with the Dolphins close by, live shows and entertainment on the ocean front at Key West every evening while viewing a most spectacular sunset, great fishing, diving and golfing, excellent shopping and restaurants and much more. |
