The kitchen has all the conveniences of home including a dishwasher, microwave, garburator, fridge with icemaker, stove and coffeemaker. Linens are provided. There are washers and dryers on the floor for your added convenience and we supply an iron and ironing boarding - not that your bathing suit needs ironing. Bring your sun screen for those hot sunny days by the pool or on the beach. Sunshine is free and plentiful. The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed,TV and VCR combo, large mirrored double door closet and a full ensuite bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a TV/VCR combo and a large mirrored double door closet. |

Information |
Deposits: Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of $200.00/wk deposit
Payment Policies: Please note: rates shown are for 4 people sharing. Reservations will be cancelled if deposit is not received with 14 days of booking. Full payment is due upon arrival. We accept cash, travellers chqs, Visa, Mastercard, and Discovery Card. All payments must be made in US Funds. Proper identification is required.
Cancellations: Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged a $25.00 administration fee. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit.
Arrival/Departure: Checkin is 4pm. If you anticipate arrival prior to 4pm, please notify the rental office in advance. We will try to accommodate an early checkin but cannot guarantee it. Checkout time is 10am. There is a charge for late checkout and it must be prearranged.
Tax: 11% Florida State Tax not included.
