Penthouse Suites in the Heart of South Beach - Our luxury penthouses are located in the 11th block of Collins Avenue, in the heart of South Beach just steps away from the world famous Ocean Drive. Enjoy several of the hottest nightclubs, restaurants and world class cafes all well within walking distance.

These 2 bedroom 2 bathroom penthouse suites are lavishly furnished and each has over 1200 sq. ft. of living space with a 700 sq. ft. terrace. Inside you will find beautiful Italian marble flooring throughout. These suites feature full size living rooms, large master bedrooms and over sized guest bedrooms. Each room has French style doors that open onto a huge private terrace. Our penthouses have 2 full bathrooms and fully equipped gourmet kitchens for your added convenience.

The Master bedroom features a full size bathroom, king size poster bed with double pillow top mattress, granite top night stand, cable TV with remote, CD-player, AM/FM alarm, desk with fax/copy/scanner and internet access; French style doors allow access onto the private terrace.

The Guest bedroom features a queen size bed, Toshiba cable TV with remote, CD player, AM/FM alarm and French style doors that allow access onto the terrace.

The Guest bathroom features a lovely stand up shower fully enclosed by marble and glass. Inside you will find for your comfort uniquely designed Egyptian towels and heavy terry cloth his and her robes.

The living room has a custom trundle sofa that can be converted into 2 twin beds. It features a 32" Toshiba TV/VCR with cable, and a state of the art BOSE sound system. Art Deco style furnishings embrace the polished marble tiles.

The fully equipped kitchen is a blend of beauty and convenience. It features all high quality appliances that include oven/range with ceran cook top and burners, microwave, dishwasher, double door refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. *In addition, each of our penthouse suites features washer/dryer in a separate pantry

The 700 sq. ft. terrace has distinctive outdoor furniture and lovely greenery which are enhanced by broken tiles which form a colorful mosaic reflecting the beautiful Florida sunlight.

Payment Policies: Payment is due in full 4 weeks prior to arrival date. There is a one time cleaning fee with each booking of $100.00.


Cancellations: $500 reservation deposit is non-refundable.


Arrival/Departure: Check-in is at 3P.M. and check-out is at 12(noon).
