| Amenities: This condo is very spacious and tastefully decorated with your comfort in mind. The living area has a 31" television, DVD, and VHS players. Your kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave, and coffeemaker. One bedroom has a television with a DVD player, the second bedroom has a television. Both bedrooms have large mirrored double door closets. One bedroom has a Queen-size, and the other has two full beds and a bath. The washer and dryer just happen to be conveniently located next to your unit. Additional accommodations for sleeping in the living area, with great waterveiw. |
| Entertainment: Indian Rocks Beach is located on a barrier island on the West Coast of Florida, only a 30 minute drive from Tampa International Airport. Indian Rocks Beach attracts many due to it's sandy beaches and convenient proximity to many Florida Attractions including Busch Gardens, Walt Disney World, Universal Studio, and Sea World. Deposits: 200US Deposit returned within 15 days of departure
Payment Policies: Prices quoted for Monthly rates are based on 28 days. All prices are based on four person occupancy. Additional charge of $10 per person, per day or $50 per week. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Deposit is due within 7 days after reservation is made to avoid cancellation. Full payment is due upon arrival. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. We except Visa, Mastercard, and Discover
Cancellations: Cancellation charge is $25 U.S. Cancellation requests not made 30 days prior to arrival date forfeit full deposit.
Arrival/Departure: Check-in: Check-in time is 4:00PM. If you anticipate arrival before 4:00PM please notify us in advance. Every effort will be made to prepare your accommodations for an early arrival. However, we do not guarantee availability before 4:00PM. Please also notify us of arrival after 6:00PM so arrangements can be made for check-in.
Departure: Check-out time is 10:00AM. Additional charge for late checkout. If a late checkout is needed arrangements must be made in advance.
Tax: Additional 11% Florida Tax
