Apollo Beachfront Condo...what a view!!! -
This is a gorgeous 1 bedroom 1 bath condo directly on the beach. The view from the condo overlooks the beach and the Gulf. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and the couch pulls out to a queen sleeper. The unit will sleep 4. The condo has a full kitchen with all the amentities (blender, dishwasher, pot, pans, microwave and lots more). The unit also has all the bath towels, beach towels, linens, beach chairs, beach toys, 2 tvs, 2 vcrs, cd stereo, binaculors, 2 way radios and lots of other amentities to make your trip more enjoyable. The Apollo complex has a large pool, whirlpool, steam room, work out room, 2 tennis courts, covererd parking restaurant, and bar. Information |
Deposits: $200 refundable security deposit required
Payment Policies: All rates above quoted INCLUDE taxes and cleaning!!! There are no other hidden charges. I require the $200 security deposit to hold the condo for you. Then 60 days before arrival I would require the rent. I will then send you keys, map of Island, information letter, and a receipt. When you return from your trip and mail the keys back I will send you your deposit back.
Arrival/Departure: I always rent Saturday - Saturday to keep the rentals flowing properly. Check in time is 3 pm and check out is at 10am. This allows time for the cleaning crew. I do offer multiple week discounts.
Tax: tax and cleaning included in rental price
