Deposits: $500 deposit

Payment Policies: Rental fee must be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival.


Cancellations: Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival are refundable except for $100 administrative fee. Cancellations made after the 60 day mark are non-refundable.


Arrival/Departure: Check-In is at 3:00 p.m.

Check-Out is at 10:00 a.m.
