Clearwater Beach is approx 15 mins to the north and Disney area approx. a 2 hour drive. If you don't want to venture that far the decision may be difficult.........lay on your own private sandy beach, sit under the waterfall in your own private pool..................watch the dolphins and the sunsets from the upper deck, BBQ or sunbathe from the sundeck..................decisions, decisions !

NO WEDDINGS OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED AT THIS VACATION ONLY HOME. Maximum Occupancy 12 persons, including infants, children and visitors in or on this property at any time.

Payment Policies: Balance due in full 30 days prior to arrival date, by check or money orders only. One time $125 clean fee.


Cancellations: $200 fee . If cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival need to re-rent in order to refund ( less $200 fee ).


Arrival/Departure: Check-in 3 p.m. Check-out 10 a.m.
