Deposits: $100 security deposit due at Check-In.

Payment Policies: A deposit equal to the first night's stay is required to make and guarantee any reservation. This deposit will be deducted from the total stay charges due upon arrival.


Cancellations: Due to high demand, a cancellation notice of 30 days is required. Any cancellation less than 30 days of arrival will forfeit your deposit.


Arrival/Departure: Check-In is after 4:00 pm CST. We have a 24 hour desk; please call the resort if you will be arriving after midnight. Check-Out is by 10:00 am CST.
