Payment Policies: Security deposit required with reservation 60 days prior to arrival balance in full Call owner for annual terms. Call for special rates. Rate changes depending on the total number of occupants.


Cancellations: Prior to 60 days arrival, deposit returned minus $100 cancellation fee. after 60 days no refunds unless property is rented again


Arrival/Departure: Check in 3pm on the 1st day of the rental agreement - check out 11am on the 30th day


Tax: 12% on seasonal rentals
