Information |
Deposits: One third of total including tax and damage deposi
Payment Policies: One third within 10 days of reservation date. One third 60 days before arrival and one third 30 days before arrival. All money is due before occupancy.
Cancellations: Reservations cancelled 90 days before arrival will have all deposits returned minus $150.00 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled less than 90 days before arrival will have deposits returned after the property is rerented, minus the $150 cancellation fee.
Arrival/Departure: Arrival is 4:00 PM and departure is 10:00 AM.Sometimes exceptions can be made. Tenants will pick their keys up at the Management companies off site office. Details are sent with the reservation.
