Deposits: Half Due at reservation
Payment Policies: Balance due thirty days prior to arrival. All rents are subject to $30 processing fee, and all appropriate condo fees.
Cancellations: Ninty days prior to arrival, cancellations subject to $100 cancellation fee. Within ninty days result in forfeiture of the reservation deposit(s) unless unit is rebooked with owner's approval.
Arrival/Departure: Arrival time is 2pm at our office, where we take an imprint of your credit card to hold as security deposit. Departure time is 10am
