Information |
Deposits: Half due at reservation
Payment Policies: Balence due thirty days prior to arrival. All rents are subject to $30 processing fee, and sales tax.
Cancellations: Ninty days prior to arrival, cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Within ninty days result in forfeiture of the reservation deposit(s) unless unit is rebookes with owners approval.
Arrival/Departure: Arrival time is 2pm at our office, where we take an imprint of your credit card to hold for security deposit. Departure time is 10am.
Tax: 9% sales tax
