Deposits: Credit card guarantee required to make reservation

Payment Policies: Pre payment of full rent and tax due seven days prior to arrival for rentals less than a month. Monthly rentals require 25% deposit at time of reservation and prepayment is required 60 days prior to arrival.


Cancellations: If a reservation is cancelled more than seven days prior to arrival, nothing is ever charged to the credit card. A reservation cancelled seven days or less prior to arrival will not be refunded. Monthly rental cancellation policy available upon request.
