Deposits: $350.00 / $500.00 Spring Break
Payment Policies: Full payment is due at check in. Split payment between tenants will be accepted, however, the full amount must be paid in full at time of check in. Delayed payments will not be accepted, and guests will not be allowed access to the room until full payment is received.
1. Minimum stay 3 nights.
2. Walk-in reservations require a 2 night minimum.
3. Easter, Memorial Day & Labor Day require a minimum stay of 3 nights.
4. Minimum stay 1 week on 4th of July.
5. Cleaning Fee per reservation: 1 and 2 Bedroom - $60, 3 Bedroom - $70
6. 9.5% tax per reservation.
7. Utility Allowance during months of December,January, and February ($75 2 BR and $85 3BR)
8. Late arrivals after 4:00 pm. must Contact the Office for Pre-Payment --------Arrangements. Visa , Mastercard, Discover, Amex Accepted
10. Age Requirement 25 - During Spring Break, there must be 2 persons 25 years old
Cancellations: Cancellation fee of $15 for a reservation cancelled before 21 day/90 day policy. Forefeiture of full deposit $350.00 / $500.00 21 day/ 90 day policy
Arrival/Departure: *On the date of arrival, a one time Cleaning Fee will be collected for the departure cleaning: 1 and 2 Bedroom Cleaning Fee - $60 3 Bedroom Cleaning Fee - $70
Tax: 9.5% tax per reservation
