The Dunes of Panama features Gulf-Front one, two and three bedroom condominiums, each individually furnished and decorated to suit a wide range of preferences. All units include a full kitchen, dining area, living room, two baths, private bedrooms, non smoking rooms, linens, washer/dryer, cable television & HBO, VCR, wireless internet-for an additional fee, along with a private balcony that overlooks one of the largest sandy white beachfronts. You will definitely enjoy the magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico from every room. Guests have the comforts of registering at our convenient on-site office.
Just a few of the delightful pleasures at the Dunes of Panama are our three large Gulf front swimming pools, one of which is heated Jan-April, and our two lighted tennis courts. Large sundecks surround the pool areas for plenty of sunbathing room. Those who like the outdoors, but do not want to sit directly in the sun, can relax underneath our poolside gazebos. Fire up one of the many barbegue grills for a good old fashion summertime barbeque, or enjoy a refreshing work out in our Fitness Room. There is also plenty of action for those who like to stay active by enjoying a game of beach volleyball, basketball, shuffle board or a leisurely stroll on the beach morning, noon or night, or simply build a sandcastle on the sandy white shoreline of the Dunes of Panana 1500feet of prime beachfront property. |

Information |
Deposits: 250.00, Spring Break $500
Payment Policies: Tax of 9.5% and cleaning fee of $60.00 is not included in the above two bedroom rates. Deposit's will be charged 30 days prior to the date of arrival and will be refunded by Company Check to the Registered guest on file within 14 days after departure, once it has been determined that no damage has occured to the unit or that no additional cleaning other than standard cleaning is needed to return the unit back to rental. Full Payment is required at Check-In. Split payments between tenants will be accepted, however, the amount must be paid in full at time of check-in. Delayed payments will not be accepted, and guest will not be allowed access to the room until full payment is received. Payment methods excepted, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Travelers Check, US Currency, Money orders and Cashier Checks only.
1. Minimum stay 3 nights for Easter, Memorial and Labor day. Weekly reservations are booked from Saturday to Saturday. One week minimum for 4th of July period 07/01/06-07/08/06. Walk-in reservations require 2 night minimum.
2. Cleaning Fee per reservation: 1 and 2 Bedroom - $60, 3 Bedroom - $70
3. 9.5% tax per reservation.
4. Utility Allowance during months of December, January and February ($75 2 BR and $85 3BR)
5. Stay 3 consecutive nights and get(1)free night from 04/09/06 to 05/19/06 and again starting 09/05/06 - 02/28/07. Excludes Labor Day and Monthly rentals.
6. Late arrivals after 8:00 pm. must Contact the Office for Pre-Payment Arrangements 850-234-8839 or 1-800-874-2412. Visa , Mastercard, Discover, Amex Accepted for late departures
7. Age Requirement 25yrs - During Spring Break, there must be 2 persons 25 years old and occupy unit full stay. Id's checked at Registration and with Security.
8. 2 Vehicles required additional cars will be charged $10.00 per day. Vehicle tags/License will be recorded.
Cancellations: Cancellation Policy Daily/Weekly 21 Days prior to arrival/Monthly reservations 90 Days Prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of full deposit. Cancellation fee of $15 for a reservation cancelled before 21 day/90 day policy, Full deposit forfeiture after 21/90 day period.
Arrival/Departure: Late arrivals: All guests who will be arriving after 8:00pm Central (March 1-Sept5) and 4:00pm Central (Sept 6-Febuary 28) MUST contact the office for advance payment arrangements and the arrangement of keys to be left at the Security Gate, Id's required and checked by security. Methods of pre-payment for late arrivals is Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
