Other Comments: This unit being a lower floor and a split plan is very desirable so I would suggest you make your reservation early.

Deposits: $500 security deposit, $25 application fee

Payment Policies: Rental includes: Local telephone service, Cable tv, and $50 per month allowance for electricity Cleaning fee will be deducted from Security Deposit. Security deposit will be held for 45-60 after you depart to allow for any bills for electric Security deposit and application fee required at the time of reservation, balance required 60 days prior to arrival.


Cancellations: Deposit refunded minus service fee of $150 if cancelled prior to 60days of arrival. After 60days refunds only if the unit is rented again. Cancellation Insurance is available


Arrival/Departure: check in 3pm first day of arrival check out 10am last day of stay Keys to be picked up at the Coldwell Banker office located at 460a Manadalay Ave, Clearwater Beach.
