Payment Information
Deposits: $200 Reservation Deposit due within 7 days of book

Payment Policies: All rental payments must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival. Security Deposit of $300 paid 30 days prior to arrival. There is an additional charge of $25 Administration fee, and $125 cleaning fee.


Cancellations: To be discussed at time of booking.


Arrival/Departure: Monthly rentals begin on first day of month and ends last day of same month. Weekly rental Saturday to Saturday.
