Cancellations: Should cancellation be sixty-one (61) days or more prior to check-in tenant will be entitled to a full refund of all monies less 20% of rental rate. Should cancellation be within sixty (60) days prior to scheduled arrival date and we are able to re-rent the unit for your time period, a full refund will be made less 20% of rental rate. Condominium Association application fee is not refundable within 60 day cancellation period.


Arrival/Departure: Check in time is after 2:00 P.M unless prior arrangements are made. We will make every attempt to accommodate you if earlier check in is desired. Check out time is by 11 :00 AM
