Payment Information
Deposits: $300 per unit

Payment Policies: Deposit due when reservations are confirmed. Rental fees are due 45 days prior arrival. Cleaning fee of $125 is waived for stays of 1 week or longer. Rates are discounted 20% from October through April.


Cancellations: Full refund with 60 days notice. If not, deposit and rental fees paid will be forfeited, unless property is rented.


Arrival/Departure: Check in is after 4:00PM. Check out is no later than 10:00AM.
