This beautifully landscaped property consists of a triple-size loft in a quiet neighborhood; close to everything you need, but far enough away to give you that feeling of being "away from it all". Seventeen magnificent palm trees provide a tropical atmosphere in your own backyard. Situated on the wide Mango Canal, the house has a dock, allowing boaters quick and easy access to the Gulf of Mexico. Inside "Palm Breeze", you will find a warm living space. From the family room with its comfortable leather furniture, to the tastefully decorated living room,dining room, and master bedroom (all of which open up to a large lanai area with your own caged private swimming pool), "Palm Breeze" offers you and your guest a place of comfort and relaxation. A seperate section of the house, with three guest rooms and a full bath, gives those who stay there a sense of privacy. One of the gust rooms has a queen size bed and the other two each have a set of twin beds. The master bedroom, located at the opposite side of the house, has a king-size bed as well as a dressing area with lots of closet space. The kitchen is eqquiped with all tha appliances and utensils necessary to prepare that perfect meal and to set that perfect table. A kitchen set and two bar stools make for more casual eating, while the beautiful dining room set suggests a more formal setting.
