| Entertainment: Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida, You can swim with dolphins and manatees or search for shells and sand dollars. Charter boats, jet skis and parasailing rentals.Take the trolley all over the island for a quarter per person, and enjoy "Times Square" where you can shop, eat at great restaurants, enjoy live street performances, hitch a ride on the Casino boat for some gambling fun or catch one of the many great bands at our numerous beach bars. Looking for something else to do? We have a great golf course, library, movie theatre, frisbee golf, playground, water park, movie rental store and video arcade gallery. Further out you can enjoy museums like the Edison/Ford Estate, the Shell Factory, nature hikes and kayaking at Lovers Key State Park, the Naples Zoo and Tin City, or an Everglades Airboat or Swamp Buggy Adventure. |

Information |
Deposits: Reservation Deposit required at time of booking
Payment Policies: PAYMENT SCHEDULE: All on-line or phone bookings require an initial reservation deposit of $300 - $500 via credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover). On premise bookings paid by cash or check require an additional security deposit of $300 to $500. Final payments must be made via cash, traveler’s checks or bank money orders 60 days prior to arrival. Trip Insurance must be paid at or before time of final payment, without exception. There will be a non-refundable reservation fee added to all reservations at the time the reservation is made. All rates are subject to Florida state and local taxes. Should your personal check be returned for any reason, there will be a $25.00 returned check fee added to your balance.
Cancellations: CANCELLATIONS: Reservation Prepayments will NOT be refunded unless the unit is re-rented for the same rental payment and time period reserved. If refunded, Lahaina Island Accommodations will retain $75.00 plus 9% taxes for an office service charge. We strongly recommend that you purchase trip insurance for your protection. CANCELLATIONS OR EARLY DEPARTURES FOR ANY REASON (EXCLUDING MANDATORY EVACUATION) DO NOT WARRANT ANY REFUND OF PREPAYMENTS OR RENT. Room changes are considered the same as a cancellation since the properties are individually owned.
PEACE OF MIND PROTECTION PLAN: There will be a $40 non-refundable fee plus 9% tax that provides limited protection from accidental breakage or damage. You are required to report each instance immediately for our records and resolution. The Peace of Mind Protection Plan is designed to protect our guests from risk of substantial charges related to accidental damage to the rental property during your stay. Damages must be the result of not willful, wanton or result of gross negligent behavior (excludes damages by a pet) and cannot be more than $300 per incident or $1,000 for total stay. Lahaina has the final judgment in all instances. The Peace of Mind Protection Plan is in lieu of a Security Deposit and is required on each reservation. You must furnish a credit card to be used as a line of credit to be used in case damages are deemed intentional.
Arrival/Departure: CHECK-IN time is 3:00 P.M. – 4:30 P.M. EASTERN TIME. CHECK OUT time 10 A.M.During peak season some units may not be ready by 3:00 P.M. Your patience will be appreciated. Late arrivals will find the key pick-up information on the last confirmation. Please check-in at the Lahaina Island Accommodations office, NOT at the rental property. If you discover any deficiencies in the inventory or damage to the property upon your arrival, it is your responsibility to inform Lahaina so you are not held responsible.
