The living room/dining room and kitchen feature an open plan with vaulted ceiling, warm wood paneling and carpeted floors, a glass-top dining table, a leather recliner chair, leather queen sleeper sofa and loveseat with plush pillow padded seating and pad over arms. TV/VCR and stereo/CD player. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, Weber grill and much more. The kitchen is a gourment's delight with new cookware, glassware, and dishware, candleholders, linen placemats and napkins and other amenities for dining and entertaining to create an idyllic vacation experience.

The large master bedroom with sliding patio doors leading to the deck overlooking the beach and Gulf features a king bed, chests of drawers, TV and adjoining bath. The second bedroom has a king bed, TV and rocking chair for quiet time or reading. Both king beds have pillow-top mattresses for a blissful night's rest. The third bedroom is ideal for children or couples with two bunk beds, each with double lower and single upper, chests of drawers, TV/DVD and large closet.

Payment Policies: There is a 25% holiday surcharge for Easter, July 4th. Call for rates for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Rentals of less than one week are subject to a $95.00 cleaning charge. A $25.00 non-refundable administrative fee will be applied to all reservations. Visa or Master Card are accepted for security/damage deposits only. Personal check, cash or traveler's checks can make rental payments.
